1. Returns
You can send stuff back within 30 days of getting it if you’ve just changed your mind. To qualify, it’s gotta:

  • Be unused, in top nick, and in its original box.
  • Come with proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt).
    Heads-up: Your ACL rights for a fix (refund, swap, or repair) on dodgy or misdescribed items aren’t capped by this 30-day window.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We can’t take back:

  • Final sale gear.
  • Gift cards.
  • Used, banged-up, or incomplete stuff (unless we stuffed up).
    If any of these are faulty or wrong, you might still score a fix under the ACL.

3. Refunds
Once your return lands with us, we’ll give it a once-over and let you know if the refund’s a go. If it’s all good, we’ll sort your cash back within 7 business days, straight to your original payment method.
🚨 Fair warning: Original shipping costs don’t come back unless it’s our cock-up (like faulty or wrong items).

4. Swaps

Got a busted or damaged item? Hit us up at hello@belleglows.com quick smart – ideally within 7 days of delivery – to sort a swap. We’ll cover the return shipping and flick you a replacement if we’ve got it. If not, we’ll hook you up with a refund or store credit, your call, per ACL rules.

5. Return Shipping
You’re on the hook for return shipping costs unless it’s our mistake (like wrong or dodgy items), then we’ve got it covered. Chuck it in a trackable service so it gets back to us safe and sound.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund’s not showing after 7 business days:

  • Have a squiz at your bank or payment account (sometimes it drags a bit).
  • Still AWOL? Ping us at hello@belleglows.com, and we’ll fix it up.
